A fictional company

Forgefield Engineering is an original portfolio concept. All project names, countries, scopes, delivery stages and company descriptions are illustrative. The website does not represent a real contractor, client portfolio, engineering certification or project outcome.

Your project brief

The brief form stores entries only in the memory of the current page. You can edit and review them locally. Completing the demo does not send an email, submit an enquiry, create an account, contact another person or transmit your brief to a business.

Entered details are cleared after successful completion and when the page is reloaded or left. Use sample information; there is no need to enter real personal or confidential project details. Submission is disabled until the local interaction is ready.

Filters and browser storage

Project filters use URL parameters so a selection can be shared. Personal form entries are never placed in the URL. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or browser storage to retain your contact details. A hosting provider may maintain standard access logs.

Photography and documents

Photographs are generated illustrations. They do not depict real Forgefield projects, clients or facilities. Downloadable HTML dossiers contain fictional project information, include print styles and can be read independently of the website.

Project descriptions explain a sample delivery approach; they are not technical instructions, certified design documents or professional engineering advice.

Fonts

Archivo and IBM Plex Mono are self-hosted under the SIL Open Font License. Licence texts are available locally: Archivo and IBM Plex Mono.

Access to the content

All project information is available in standard pages. The site includes keyboard navigation, labelled forms, visible focus states and a reduced-motion preference. No WebGL or 3D rendering is required.
